About this grant

Funds projects that support or increase access to culturally responsive dental care, or promote healthy food and water consumption among underserved populations. Projects must serve Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, rural communities, or other populations experiencing health disparities in Washington state. Eligible organizations include 501(c)(3) nonprofits and tribal organizations.

Grant award of up to $75,000 per project
$900,000 total funding available across all grants

Eligibility

Project must have an impact in Washington state
Applicants must be tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or similar status, including tribal organizations
Funding is for projects that take place in the 2027 calendar year
One application per organization
Cannot use funding to pay dental providers for individual dental care or treatment
