About this grant

Supports organizations in Delaware County, Ohio in becoming more accessible and inclusive for people with developmental disabilities. Funding can be used for accessibility projects that meet or exceed ADA requirements, as well as education and training programs that promote community inclusion. Grants are reimbursable and require a 50% match from the applicant.

Eligibility

Organization must be located in Delaware County, Ohio
Applicant must provide a 50% match to the funds requested (cash or in-kind)
Grant funds are for reimbursable expenses only — not distributed in advance
Funds must be expended within the calendar year of the award
Invoices must be submitted to DCBDD within 90 days of project completion
Total Grant Funds received per applicant may not exceed $5,000 per calendar year unless approved by the Board
Accessibility project recipients must display DCBDD-provided signage near the completed project
Education/training program recipients must identify DCBDD as a supporter
