About this grant

Funds evidence-based behavioral health prevention projects that reduce risk factors, strengthen protective factors, support early identification, and improve community well-being in rural and underserved areas of Idaho. Eligible applicants include rural healthcare facilities, schools, colleges, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, government and Tribal organizations, healthcare associations, and FQHCs. Projects must demonstrate an evidence-based prevention strategy with defined target populations and community partnerships.
