About this grant
Supports the implementation of evidence-based behavioral health and substance misuse prevention programs focused on parent, family, and home-visit interventions in previously unserved rural communities across Idaho. Funded through the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) with CMS backing, the subgrants aim to strengthen family-focused prevention capacity and expand access for youth, adults, and families in rural counties. Up to four awards are anticipated.
