Funds innovative projects designed to address senior hunger among older adults not currently served by existing nutrition programs. Projects must align with Georgia's State Plan to Address Senior Hunger and demonstrate potential for broad reach, replication, and sustainability. Eligible applicants include senior centers, aging service providers, and nonprofit or for-profit organizations.

Eligibility

Project must address at least one of the five focus areas in Georgia's State Plan to Address Senior Hunger
Project must occur in one or more of the 11 counties served by Middle Georgia Regional Commission
Proposals must target older adults not currently served in nutrition programs through MGRC
Applicants must be Senior Centers, Aging Service Providers, or Non-Profit or For-Profit organizations
Project must be a new initiative, not a continuation of previously or currently funded project
No matching funds required
Service delivery period must be completed by June 30, 2027
