Vendor Registration with Commonwealth's Vendor Registration System
Bank account registered for ACH payments

Eligibility

Applicant must be a municipality, local authority, nonprofit organization, or other legal entity
Applicant must participate or plan to participate in a competitive site selection process
Site selection process must be conducted by a Site Selection Organization not located in Pennsylvania
Applicant must be seeking to secure a single year or multiyear commitment from a site selection organization for high-quality amateur, professional, or esports events in Pennsylvania
Must identify a leading or partnering sports commission or Destination Management Organization (DMO)/Convention Visitor Bureau (CVB)
Must include a letter of support from partnering sports commissions or DMOs/CVBs
Must be registered with the Commonwealth's Vendor Registration System before grant approval
Must be compliant with audit or closeout report requirements for any prior contracts with the Department
