About this grant
Funds community-based interventions, peer-to-peer networks, crisis services, and harm reduction programs targeting suicide prevention and opioid use disorder among Virginia's service members, veterans, and their family members. Programs must implement evidence-based models including mental health screenings, peer support, case management, and overdose prevention services. Priority is given to organizations serving rural, underserved, and high-risk SMVF populations across the Commonwealth.
