Eligibility

Must be a city, municipal or county government, state agency, 501(c)(3) nonprofit, higher education institution, soil and water conservation district, or Missouri Regional Planning Commission/Council of Government
Private individuals are not eligible
Must have written organizational policies and procedures in place before applying
Former federal subgrant recipients must have a documented history of meeting grant requirements
Project must have existing strong, diverse, and committed partnerships
Implementation projects must have a water quality monitoring or modeling component
Must maintain a 60/40 federal to non-federal contribution ratio on a semiannual basis
Applicant must be in compliance with all state and federal environmental laws
