About this grant
Supports projects focused on watershed restoration, community education, cultural knowledge-sharing, and data collection/research that benefit the communities of Huelo, Honomanū, Keʻanae, and Nāhiku in East Maui. Eligible activities include care of ʻauwai and loʻi kalo, invasive species control, reforestation, cross-generational knowledge transfer, streamflow monitoring, and related studies.
