• Online application via Grant Portal
• Final report (if previously funded, must be submitted before new application)

• Must be a library or associated entity
• Only one application per library system per grant deadline
• If previously funded, a final report must be submitted before submitting a new grant request
• If awarded, grantees must skip the next cycle before applying again
• Must be project-specific — general operating requests are not supported
