About this grant

Provides one-time grants to behavioral health services providers to add, enhance, and increase behavioral health services in Williams County, North Dakota. Eligible expenses include personnel salary matches, group programming, workforce development, affordability of care, and opioid remediation activities. Funds are disbursed on a reimbursement basis and must be expended between October 7, 2026, and December 31, 2027.

Hardship assistance funding for patients unable to pay

Eligibility

Must be located in Williams County, North Dakota
Must be a behavioral health services provider currently licensed to practice in the state of North Dakota
Must provide behavioral health services conducted by one or more ND licensed behavioral health service providers or certified peer support specialists
If required by law, must be registered with the ND Secretary of State's Office and in good standing
If a property owner in Williams County, must be current on real property taxes and in compliance with applicable zoning ordinances
Must be requesting grant funds for costs not yet incurred as of the award date
Must serve, or plan to serve, clients who reside in Williams County
Total amount requested may not exceed $100,000
