Grant for Community-Based Youth Arts Education Nonprofits

• Grant funding for up to three years
• Grant requests under $450,000 total over 3 years will be most competitive
• Total pool of $3 million available through this RFP

• Online application submitted through the Grants Portal
• Narrative describing program model and design including artistic disciplines, history, teaching artists, learning pathway, and youth engagement
• Completed Arts Education Program information form for each proposed site (uploaded as attachment)
• Budget information

• Program must exclusively serve youth ages 5–18 from Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, or Montgomery counties in Pennsylvania and/or the City of Camden, NJ
• Program must have run successfully for at least two consecutive years
• Program must be led by experienced teaching artists
• Program must predominantly serve children from low-income households (75% or more of youth reached)
• Program must provide arts education during out-of-school hours, over multiple weeks
• Programs must be offered at little or no cost to youth/families/caregivers
