Grant for Nonprofits Supporting Families with Young Children

• Up to $800,000 in direct expense funding over three years (up to 36 months)
• Access to a total pool of $4.5 million allocated for this objective

• Online application submitted through the Grants Portal
• Full proposal including program description and goals for each generation
• Budget narrative with clear justification
• Application template (available in full RFP packet)

• Program must exclusively serve families in Philadelphia
• Program must serve pregnant and/or parenting families with children ages 0 to 8
• Program must strengthen families and early learning
• Program must engage with families at least four times to achieve defined outcomes
• Program must be provided to families at no or low cost
• Proposals must include at least two qualifying activity types
• Programming/services must take place in-person (not solely virtual)
• Programming must take place in Philadelphia and serve Philadelphia residents
