Grant for Native American Tribal Health Outreach Organizations

Supports outreach and education activities that further quality health care for American Indian and Alaska Native communities. Funded activities include health education, rural health transformation, substance abuse and suicide prevention, domestic violence prevention, diabetes programs, tribal budget formulation, and tribal youth health advisory activities. Recipients are expected to promote awareness, visibility, training, and technical assistance across these health focus areas.
