Supports established nonprofit organizations that provide college access and completion services to low-income Maryland high school students. Funded activities include college exposure, advising, application assistance, FAFSA navigation, and financial aid outreach. Organizations must have existing partnerships with local school systems or institutions of higher education.

Eligibility

Must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
Must have been in existence for five (5) or more consecutive years
Must be located in Maryland
Must have an established partnership with a local school system and/or institution of higher education
Must demonstrate a one-to-one match for funds requested
Must provide college access activities with a proven track record of success
Must provide services to low-income Maryland high school students
Must have organizational capacity to comply with all program reporting requirements, including tracking student progress
